 Help identifying IC Can anyone identify this IC? Preferably with a datasheet? Numbering: MEM551C Form factor: TO-5? w/8 leads Pins 8,6,4, and 2 are common Pins 1 and 7 appear to be inputs. Pin 5 looks like the output. TIA. <als> | |

| The MEM551C is described as a MOS transistor. It may have been produced by General Instrument. A Google search will turn up a CD that can be bought that has a data sheet but I could not find one for free.
