Default MOSFET PSpice

Hi i am trying to simulate a circuit with the following component using pspice

Is the substrate below connected to drain 1 or source 2?

It looks like you have the gate connected to the drain. What are you trying to do?

assuming that is the component wiring you want... to answer your actual question, the substrate should be connected to the source.

hi just to confirm whether is it my pmos problem

in this pmos, my

drain is 2
gate is 2
source is 1
substrate is 1

am i correct? thanks.
