Hi,

My Creative Nomad Jukebox Zen USB 2.0 mp3 player needs a new selector wheel part, as the rubbishy original was not upto the job and has broken.

What would you say the proper description for this part is, as Creative will not help and I want to try and find the part myself. I can get parts from China, and I'm sure there must be somewhere there selling the same part as this, since they are probably made there.

From your neat pictures it looks much like a miniature rotary switch with an added momentary switch.
I could not see if there is some coding to the switch contacts but its likely.
