How to export Protel PCB files to a B&W Bitmap - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

I have a PCB layout made in protel. I need to convert the file( export ) to a black and white bitmap so I can print it and use it for making a PCB (using UV exposure method).

Could anyone be kind enuf to tell me how to do the exporting part?

You can have Protel print the files actual size in B/W without too much trouble. Juts go through the print menu and fiddle with the options.
