Default Specific MSF time signal question

Can anyone tell me what the best way is of decoding the British Atomic Clock, MSF time signal with a PIC?!

I am attempting to design a clock that runs off the MSF signal. This makes it super accurate, and (in theory) self setting. I would like to display the time, in either 12 or 24 hour format, and the date (dd/mm/yyyy)

Information about the MSF signal can be found at:

Any information or advice is always welcome. Thank you.
