Hello I want to build this circuit: http://hyvatti.iki.fi/~jaakko/pic/jdm84ne3.png It`s a pic programmer that is connected to the serial port. And this is also the problem that I have. I don`t know where to connect the DTR(20) wire . I mean the serial port has only 9 connectors. 20 is only possible at the parallel port, or the number indicates something else. Any suggestions? It refers to the 25 pin version of the serial port. If you are using the 9 pin version, you will need to connect to the equivalent pin. Here is a cross reference: http://www.aggsoft.com/rs232-pinout-...and-signal.htm | |
