Hi,
I just wanted to know how to calculate the valves of the resistor and capacitor to make a 1Hz oscillator. If someone could give me the result it would be nice.

Is your oscillator 555 based or BJT based?

How accurate do you want the 1Hz to be in terms of time?

Might be better to generate a faster signal and divide it down to get the accuracy if needed

The frequency formula is:

F= (1.2)(10^6)/RC
