motor cct mixed with control cct...what's the effect? - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

hi,i'm testing a motor driver circuit
( http://home.att.net/~wzmicro/6203drv.html ) with pic 16f84,i have weird output at my pin RA2 connect to "direction",its voltage oscillating around 2-3V which suppose to be either 5V or 0V tested before connected to the motor cct.it's causing my motor to turn clockwise and anticlockwise continuosly....my motor become vibrator,huh?? i use pic development board to connect the motor circuit and another 24V power supply ground to the pic development board....things seem weird....any clues?? :?
