Help finding a buck boost reg - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

Have you seen a reg with the following spec?

2.5A adj or fixed 3.6v buck/boost regulator with shutdown / on-off function

I have had a looked around but nothing as yet!

Inverting or non-inverting?

Hi,
Slight change in spec that I'm looking for, only need a step-up regulator now

2.5A or more
MINvin = 3.2v
MAXVin = 3.6
Vout = adjustable, I require 3.7v
Non-inverting
