I am about to emback on a school project, teach me how to programme logic circut please

well concidering you havnt said anything about what you want and even shown what you have tried
You have made it sound like you want us to give you the solution without you even trying...

Anyway when you say program do you mean physically program (usually via JTAG or a similar means)

Or do you mean writing a program - this is dependant obn the device you have chosen. IT will either be VHDL,some symbolic logic interface or in HEX

info is extrealy handy esp to show what you have done
