What does this program do??

Many times, this program will use my CPU to 100%, therefore freezing up the computer, and making webpages not come up, and jamming my internet connection (dialup). Fortunately all i gotta do is ctrl+alt+del and end the program.

thanx ron. i gues i shouldve done a search first. wow, i cant believe i got a virus/worm, i forget which one. i only have dialup. im gonna be getting cable, better get a virus protection program.
