Default Interfacing between 5.0V and 3.3V IC

I wish to interface ICs with different power supply of 5.0 and 3.3V.
Which IC should i use? especially bidirectional transceiver IC

I don't know which IC do it. but you can put a transisor which will get 5V/3.3V in the base and get out 3.3V/5V in the emetter.

Many 3.3V chips have 5V tolerant inputs, and their outputs are within the acceptable range of a 5V's input. In that case, no level translators are needed. Check the datasheet.
