Default 5x7 dot matrix led display - character patterns

I was hoping someone can help me find the standard character patterns for 5x7 dot matrix led displays. Thanks.

I don't know if this will help but the lcd display datasheet usually has a page devoted to character patterns. (This is at least true for LCDs with hd44780 control chip).

I Googled "5x7 dot matrix character set" and got lots of hits, including this one.
You might find others that are different and/or easier to read.
