 scrolling LED sign I have picked one up @ auction - DOA - No display. Circa 1980's Power supply is odd to me dual 7805's - one with tab bonded to chassis - one is insulated also a TIP 121 large cap on chassis - memory keep alive? Old Heathkit scope shows major ripple on 5 VDC @ chip legs. Chris | |
