hi friends
i know its Zener diode but can any one clear which value?

ZPD5.1V must mean 5.1Volts!

If that doesnt have what you want, just type in zpd5 on google (which is what i did) and theres a bunch of other stuff. You can do this with any component, and you'll get a spec sheet.

Just a 5.1V zener. Seeing more of the circuit might give us a clue on how much current it'll have to be able to handle.
