| http://www.chipdocs.com/pndecoder/da...EL/ZPD5-6.html If that doesnt have what you want, just type in zpd5 on google (which is what i did) and theres a bunch of other stuff. You can do this with any component, and you'll get a spec sheet.

| Just a 5.1V zener. Seeing more of the circuit might give us a clue on how much current it'll have to be able to handle. | |
