Hello I am planing to do a visor strobe with led like this one http://www.fedsig.com/police/On-line...delta_ray.html

just I want it to turn on one half and then the other as intermitent, I want to use around 200 leds I am thinking to used one of those kits for intermitent led lighting and just add the other 180 leds do you have just for cassuality a diagram? or can you help me to do this?, also please help me with a list of materials, I am really newbie on this, just have fixed minor things and worked on kit projects. any ideas or suggestions?
