I believe Intersil aquired Harris Semi business in 1999. Harris still seems to be doing business as Harris (www.harris.com).

I'm not sure about recent acquisitions.

As above, Intersil took most of their products, although TI got a large chunk of their CMOS stuff. If you are looking for a Harris product, try Intersil first as most of the stuff TI took was somewhat generic.
