Well....guys I have finally designed a circuit using the reference diagram from the Humrel data sheet. I am uploading the circuit image so you guys can tell me some changes and the mistakes I have made. See you soon. ::Pranav::

Hi guys.My professor has approved the circuit. The only problem I am now facing is regarding the sensor. The local stockist whom I asked if the sensor is available, now says that he wont order only one sensor for me. So I would like to know some other sensors, that work on the capacitance principle as the Humirel one that I have used.It should approximately same specifications as the Humirel HS 1100/HS 1101 humidity sensor.I have already found 2 sensors from Gefran,on www.gefran.com and other from Sensirion,at www.sensirion.com Waiting for some positive repsonses. Regards, ::Pranav::

Well.....the sensor from Sensirion is not a capacitive sensor. If I use it I will have to change the whole circuit. ::Pranav::

| http://www.digikey.com is a great source for components, they carry the Humeriel sensors. It sounds like you're outside the US, I think they ship internationally.

Hiya Pranav, A few months ago I got some samples from dallas, the (ds1923 I'button) to be precise. Along with a pic I've set the I'button to take temp & humidty readings for 6 months then when I've made up a simple VB program to read it I'll read it and chuck it outside again. Those I'button's are the go mate try and get some. Cheers Bryan

No,I dont think so. BTW,guys I am now building a microcontroller based LPG steam bath controller.I will upload the crude circuit diagram of the same once I design it. Take care dudes, ::Pranav::
