This site is awsome.....the knowledge on here is better than any text book around. Thanks to everyone that has helped me with my projects and to all those that are patient with the newbs (such as me ). I don't have much to support in the way of knowledge about electronics...so it's nice to be able to support in the costs to keep this site up and running.

Thanks

Is paypal the only method of payment? I want to do my part, but I do not wish to get involved with paypal again. Heck, I don't even remember my password for that bunch.

Hi AllVol,

Thank you for your support!

Unfortunately PayPal is the only method, however I believe they also accept credit card and you don't even have to signup.

When you get to the first paypal page there is an option saying "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available)."

You might want to check out Google Merchant, I think it offers a small % difference less per transaction than Paypal.

That's great! Hold on while I get my credit card.

Okay, I'm in.

Mikebits: I've never really investigated it and will definitely look into setting it up, especially since it has lower fees. Thanks for the suggestion!

Pommie: Wow, that is bizarre! PayPal must be geotargetting your IP address incorrectly. If you attempt to do it again in a few days and still does that let me know and I'll set one up manually.

The main thing this money goes toward is the server rental the database to hold all the info is very large indeed, monitoring services and a backup system, but as we get more supporters I hope to be able to use it to also contribute to the hard working Moderators.

Do you have to pay monthly, or can you pay for some number of months then stop? How does it work?

This site does deserve support.

Thanks
