Why are .pdf's disallowed? - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

Just wondering, as that is the only output format of our Xerox multifunction machines here. I've spent over half the day just trying to get some nice images of an RCA application note to share (re HC2000H), and I have several questions I would like to discuss, but now I have to find some software to convert from .pdf to jpeg or TIFF? I guess...

I offer .PDF's here on a regular basis -- but not within the forum itself. I simply upload the .PDF file to my webspace and then post a link to it in the forum. This is the method by which I regularly make datasheets available...

Arhive files are allowed.
Compress the .pdf file to .zip for example and upload here.
