    Default Threads aren't posting

Is there any reason I would have just posted a thread twice and it didn't appear either time? It was in the Datasheet search section, and I clicked Submit, the page returned saying that the thread was successfully submitted and that I was now being redirected to the post, and finally instead of redirecting me to the post, it redirected me to the forum. I tried to resubmit (and I fear it'll dupe if there's a time delay), but it's been 20 minutes!

Some forums require that the moderator has to aproove the post, so that the users won't post stuff where it doesn't belong.
