Did i do somthing wrong or lack the seniority?

what about the Electronic Projects Design/Ideas/Reviews forum?
I didn't see any restriction. The server tells me something along the lines of thanks for posting, but then there is no post. If there is some sort of delay, forgive the multiple postings.
