Is the BB time wrong? - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

I have the time set to GMT+10 and no daylight saving yet it is still wrong by one hour. Is there something I'm missing or is everyone out by one hour. BTW, if I turn on daylight saving it's out by 2 hours.

Yes, it is an hour fast with me, sitting on good old GMT.
I think it went wrong at the last BST/GMT change.

i had observed that in my computer, all times are corrected as I see on the posts to GMT+5-30. Still I do notice that some posts (perhaps from eastern side countries compared to India)are shown as if time is ahead of our time.

May be we need not care much for it as it is an international site. I wonder , it should not be difficult for the site manager to set all timings to GMT so that this phenominun can be locally and as such show eg.,13-40GMT or UTC.

this will obviate all confusions.
