How do I post thumbnails? - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

I see peoples posts with thumbnails, and I was wondering how they get those. I dont see a option on my thread starter thing.

You need to be in the advanced editing mode.
Then click on Manage Attachments.
You should be able to figure it out from there.
