In the public section of everyone's profile there's a section called Referrals, what does it mean?

I have one, is this good or bad?

Referrals are good ;-)

You gain referrals by promoting Electronic Tech Online using your unique referral link. But to be honest I have no idea how you find out your referral link...

The link in the FAQ for the referal may be site-generated depending on your user ID.

Mine showed: referrerid=25120

Do you guys have the same "referrerid"# on that page?

My referral numbers aren't going up, though...
