Might I suggest that certain topics be banned entirely? I suggest stun guns and cell phone jammers for a start.

There's no way to ban a specific topic, and no point in writing it in a sticky, as people never seem to read them?.

I agree with akg.

Banning a topic is like killing knowledge. The biggest sin in science.
