Today we have just moved the electro tech forum to a new faster server. You may have noticed some periods throughout the day where the board was offline - sorry!

What do you think faster slower? Any glitches?

Yep im seeing that on alot of pages.

We just got hit by the swarm of viruses and hack attempts... server went down pretty quickly!

I think the site opens just a litle bit slower
I think today is the first time i seen the admin in the users list.


An virus made me an headace too on starturday.Well i had to format the disk and reinstal Windows and evriting!

Why dont these programers make somting usefull insted of an virus.

Yeah, the viruses are a real pain... but i think i have it undercontrol ;-)

You would have noticed the slowness while these viruses attacked but not any more. shoud be fast now.

not to be picky (i could care less) but you asked for it: I don't know what you call them, those little bell things on the left of a subject that show if ive looked at the thread or not, well the ones that i havent looked at, they are not there. its this little box thingy . . .

and im not sure if this is a coincidence or not, but i do think things are going a tiny bit slower . . . not sure though.

but hey, IT WORKS!!

i did notice quite a boost in the speed... just wanted to be sure b4 posting this. But maybe that's bc I upgraded my connection...
