Refresh database - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

hi all,

I need to refresh my database about how to convert 1 kind of flip flop to another kind.

eg. converting the RS flip flop into JK and like wise.

Can anybody pass on me the full theory explaining about the same. And if possible give me the refreshement material for the digital electronics.
