I cannot solve this exam question please help me to solve this out.
For a Transistor below specifications are given. Vcc = 5V Vce(SAT) = 0.2V Vbe(SAT) = 0.8V Vbe(ACT) = 0.7V b(Beta) = 50 Find 1)Ic 2)Ib 3)Vbe 4)Vce |

I agree, your data supplied is incomplete.
That's why rezer asked for the circuit. There should be a base resistor value as well as collector resistor. That's required for basic fixed biased bjt circuit. To get Ic, you need Ib, to get Ib, you need Rb. Get what I mean! |

I think this exam question was shown with a schematic on at least two other forums.
It was extremely simple.
