How do I work an electrical circuit that converts an audio signal to me to be open or lock the key and open the circuit and lock the door, to open a water faucet

Use an old computer, a voice recognition program and the allmighty parallel port The port code is here interfacing parallel port with Visual Basics thanks to Eric Google "visual basic voice recognition"
