For a Holloween party looking to make motion sensors (that play sounds) for hallway when guest comes into house and a delayed sensor(that play sounds) when guest go to restroom. I want them to play wav files. such as Halloween theme for bathroom. And something like "welcome to the House of horrors" in the hallway. Any help will be appreciated, Will get most parts from Fry's and radioshack

I think that you should use an IR baem going to a receiver. when the beam is broken, It will play the recording. But I don't know what you mean by a delayed sound.

I'd imagine he means a sound which is played after a short delay once the sensor has been tripped.
