Hey i'm thinking of making a conn link betwn a cell phone and the pendrive..
Can any one tel me is it possible in any way and if yes..Then hw may i do it..Any hints or sugge'ns..

Probably not easily. Both are USB devices, not USB hosts.

Some microcontrollers can now act as USB hosts and you could tie the two together like that, but it's not easy (or sensible).
