 IRF fet no. of 500w car inverter
I have 500watt car battery inverter TBE brand from china previous month inverter is out of order I am check it and found its 2 no.s fet IRF series use in primary stage are burnt now I have no information about this fet number becaus the number is finsh by compny pls. infom me about this number in irf I am use IRF 540 but it working only on 50 watt load | |

What are the numbers on the fets in that inverter?

that was 37A 50V rating, try using IRFZ44N or IRF1010
