Default Capacitor Value - Please help

Hi,
Its been ages I have handled color coded capacitors and the google articles are confusing. Need your help to find out the value of this capacitor (picture attached too)
The codes that I see from Top to Bottom are
Digit1 Brown
Digit2 Black
Multiplier Yellow
Tolerance Red
Voltage Orange

So as per my understanding, the value would be

10 * 10K Picofarads, +-2% rated somewhere between 250V and 400V
Thus a 100Kpf i.e 0.1nf i.e. 0.0001microfarads.

Looking at the size of the capacitor, I feel it cannot be such a low value.

Also, pls find the picture attached too for your reference.

Pls help

You need to work on your maths, 100,000pF is 100nF is 0.1uF.
