I'm wondering if anyone knows where to get a good working schematic on how to put together a 4 person game show buzzer.

This seems to be a popular project. All you need is 4 flip flops and gating such that the first one set locks out the other 3. Plus a master reset. I am sure you can do it if you think about it. You won't learn much by copying a design.
