EPROM programmer recomendation - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

Do you know of any good schematic for building an EPROM or EEPROM programmer? I want something not too hard to build (not willem programmer, for example)

what I need is to replace some 27C128 chips, and have a "standar-general-use" programmer (it would be nice if could support at least 512-1024 Kbits size).
