    Unhappy Help me pls. Its my final year project and its giving me headache

    Pls, i need help on how to design an alarm clock using electronics workbench

    It's your final year...you haven't learned anything? Not even what kind of help you need?

    First you should use your memory and dig out what you have learned so far.

    You'll probably remember that it takes an accurate time base and counters to make a clock.

    Based on these facts you might work out and post a schematic. We'll be glad to help you if there are any bugs in the circuit.

    There's a tutorial (or more like a sample circuit) in EWB MultiSIM where it simulates a 4 bit counter in BCD using four 7-segment displays.

    I think the file is called BCD Counter or something like that.

    Basically it's using JK's in toggle mode to up-count.

    That's a start for you!
