| First you should use your memory and dig out what you have learned so far. You'll probably remember that it takes an accurate time base and counters to make a clock. Based on these facts you might work out and post a schematic. We'll be glad to help you if there are any bugs in the circuit. Boncuk

I think the file is called BCD Counter or something like that. Basically it's using JK's in toggle mode to up-count. That's a start for you! | ||
