HDB3 - Help needed - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

I’m doing project regarding HDB3 line cording, (High Density Bipolar 3) and I need to find a chip which function as HDB3 encoding and decoding. I have already found chips have this functionality. (zarlink product – MV 1449,MV 1442, MV 1471 ) Description HDB3, HDB3 Datasheet search, HDB3 datasheet, HDB3 datasheets, HDB3 data sheets ::: ALLDATASHEET :::
But unfortunately most of chips are obsolete.
Could you mind please help me to find a chip that has above functionality?

Maybe those chips are obsolete for a reason. My guess is that you have to implement the function in an FPGA. Try looking for a VHDL implementation.
