design xor gate using minimum no. of cmos & pmos
this is my electronics project. i have to design an ex-or gate using minimum number of cmos and pmos.pleeeeeeese help!!!!
Here's an easy one. All nand gates can be replacet with nor gates.
Seckond if you want to use standalone cmos. I found a way to use two bjt's, three resistors and one diode. I guess you can use two cmos as well. I guess it will work if you put an diode over gate-drain on each cmos.
