Hello,
I'm trying to design/make a circuit in which, 2 LEDs will flip flop, and strobe, much like Cop Car Lights. In which the left one is on and strobes 2 or 3 times (quickly) then it goes off then the other comes on and does the same. I have the flip flop part, I just need to know how to make them strobe...

Thats what i want to make is the strobeing (top pic) and the flip flop (bottom pic) but together, how would i do that?
