my real problem is not obtain a signal with the frequency of modulator, i can obtain it with a remodulator circuit or with a square circuit and a pll. My problem is that i can syncronyze this signal with my phase modulated signal and then i can re-obtain the binary sequence. How can i syncronize this two signal that have the same frequency??? Thanks

So you are not able to synchronize between Tx and Rx. For that you can use Manchester coding which can very well synchronize both Tx and Rx or you can design your own protocol which has some header bytes to indicate start of data seqeunce and footer bytes to indicate end of sequence.
