i want to build a circuit that can solve problems of agriculture and poverty in 3rd world countries.a kind of circuit that uses the solar,hydro and other cheap sources of energy supplies.a circuit i have in mind is a model-type solar house,i need more ideas of what i can do to solve problems in 3rd world nations and would humbly welcome your advice on how to build the circuits.
