 Info on CP109D (scr) Hi, I'm looking for information on a small SCR, a CP106D anyone help ? looking for trigger voltage, max current, voltage. pin connections would help, i'm sort of fiddling about to get them now. Regards, John  | |

| The gate trigger voltage is about 2.4 volts positive of cathode. But i cant just measure the other stuff that i would like to know, like the max current, voltage, etc. If anyone can give me any more info on this it would be appreciated, Regards, John | |
