Default 5-bit up/down synchronous counter

Hi!

I'm trying to make a 5-bit up/down synchronous counter...

I've been thinking could use 7493's, 4516's or 4029's, two of them cascaded cause each of them has only 4 bit outputs.

But I don't really know much about connecting them.

Hope somebody can help me.

Thanks!!!
