Default capacitor selection

Hi All! I'm Building a Homebrew shunt regulator by Chris Greacen. This is my first project [except for a few kits] and I'm confused over the most suitable types of capacitor to use. Would appreciate some advice. Thanks C!

Please post the schematic.

The types of capacitors you need to use will depend on how they're being used.

Ceramic or mylar or polypropylene would be fine.
