You mean reading various analog signals and multiplex to an ADC? Sure there are lots of examples . Search for the Basic Stamp (I know there are better devices...) there is a project on using the CD4051 multiplexer and one ADC (ADC0831). I have done this myself and works perfectly.

Except it's only single channel, with a 12 to 1 CMOS switch internally, just like PIC's only have a single channel, and an internal analogue switch. But we've still no idea what he wants or what he's asking?.

Then choose a PIC (or other micro-controller) that has it all internally.
