| Just about any opamp will work in that simple circuit. They need a negative supply for their output to go down to 0V. An MC33171 or MC34071 opamp or one opamp from an LM358 or LM324 will work if its negative supply terminal is connected to 0V and it has a load resistor to 0V. Then a negative supply is not needed..
