Hi
Im looking into a method of detecting the colour of a small bead and distinguishing if it is one colour or another, this will them be fed into a microcontroller as a digital signal. Is a light to voltage converter the device i should be looking at? I had a TAOS TSL257 RS no 642-4430 in mind... Any ideas Justin_t |

PICAXE sells this:
http://www.rev-ed.co.uk/docs/axe045.pdf If you want your own lens setup (or none at all), you can also look for the TAOS TCS230 which is the colour sensor IC used in this thing.
