| I was using a large (4") 10v Common Annode 7 segment LED display controlled by an AVR for a counter circuit, but I found some really cheap Common Cathode displays that I was thinking about trying out. I can't figure out an easy way to sourse 12v to the display without using lots of transistors. On the CA displays, I can just sink the 12v's much easier. Is there a chip I can buy that would convert the 5v's from my microcontroller to the 12v that I need to sourse the LED segments on a Common Annode display? Here is a link to the datasheet if needed: LED's/LCD's - LED Display - 7SR40011ES Any help would be appreciated! | |
