Default A Random Selecting Output Which Changes When A PTM/PTB Is Pr

I am studying Electronics for GCSE and i have decided that i want to make a circuit that randomly selects one of 9 LEDs, each of these LEDs has some kind of switch, when oen of the LEDs is lit you press that switch and it will turn the current LED off and turn another randomly selected LED on.

Please Help[/b][/i]
